Any and all uses of this website are subject to the
accompanying terms and conditions, and using the website in any way indicates that
you acknowledge and accept them ("Terms"). Before proceeding to use

to have carefully read, completely understood, and be in complete agreement
with the following Terms. Only then will they be allowed to utilize any of the

Autonomous Republic) as per sanctions laws imposed by the United Nations, the
United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other government and/or regulatory
authorities. These countries and territories include Cuba, Iran, Syria, North
Korea / Democratic People's
Members warrant and represent that, by using the Site
and its Services, (a) All registration information submitted is truthful and
accurate; (b) Members will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c)
Members' use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Members make this representation and warranty by using the Site. (d) If we feel
that a Member has violated any of the terms outlined above, we reserve the
right to delete that Member's profile and to terminate his membership at any
time without prior notification. (e) Under no circumstances will the Site be
held liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, indirect or
consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of
use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other
tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site. This

This Agreement applies to each Paid Service (as defined

third party and that the continuation of access to the services is subject to

problems or hackers, and neither the Site nor the parent company is responsible
for the costs, damages, or extension of activation period etc. for the same in
any manner under any circumstances. In order to prevent any kind of hacking or
other technological issue, the members are instructed to take the messages and
other information offline and save it somewhere else.
It is entirely up to Matchmony.com to decide whether or
not to make changes to the fees associated with membership.
The Site retains the right to delete or block access to
any webpage at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, and the
member(s) in question will have no recourse or claim of any kind against the
Site, regardless of the circumstances.
Members agree to accept communications (through
Calls/Chat/ Mails/ SMS for existing services, enquiries, feedback and
promotions), including member to member on the numbers made available during
registration or subsequently, via registration forms, posting requirements,
feedbacks or any such form that has provision for phone number / mobile number
regardless of being on Do Not Call Registry / National Customer Preference;
which include company / your number / an assigned number. Members agree to

This Agreement will continue to be binding and
enforceable against you for as long as you continue to use this Site or remain

terminates your membership due to a violation of the Agreement on your part,
you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused portion of the costs
associated with your Subscription. Certain aspects, including those pertaining
to this Agreement itself, shall continue to be in effect even after this
Agreement has been terminated.
The Non-Commercial
Use of Site and Services by Members :
Your subscription at Matchmony.com is intended solely
and only for your own use. You are not permitted to grant access to your
account to any other party, nor are you permitted to sell, trade, or otherwise
transfer your account to any other person or business. It is strictly forbidden
to use this website in connection with any kind of business activity. This
includes supplying connections to other websites, regardless of whether or not
those other websites are considered to be competitors to the Site. Organizations,
companies, and/or businesses are not permitted to become Members of the Site
and should not use the services that are provided by the site for any reason
whatsoever. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the website, such as the framing

trademarks, and registered marks (collectively referred to as
"Marks") that are either owned by the Company and/or its associates
or used under license by the Company and/or its allies. The company and its
colleagues are entirely entitled to all of the statutory and non-statutory
rights as well as intellectual property rights that have accrued as a result of
the same. The Company and its associates hereby reserve any and all rights that

The Member does not acquire any license or right to use

but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business
interruption, loss of information, or repute.

guarantees of marriage and only extends support by appointing a Relationship
Manager who would communicate by mail or phone with members who have been
shortlisted by the Member or members who match the search criteria of the

time throughout the membership's term, despite the fact that Matchmony.com
attempts to deliver the same to members as quickly as possible. In addition,
once these particular conference calls have been completed, the services in
question will be regarded as having been delivered, and members will be able to
keep making use of the membership's other deliverables for the duration of
their term. Once the allotted number of conference calls had been completed, more
call requests would not be taken into consideration.
Concerns Relating to
Payment and Refunds Payment for Memberships:
Only payments made out to "MatchMony.com." are
accepted as payment for services rendered on the website Matchmony.com. If you
want to keep using the paid services without interruption, you have to pay for
them in full and in advance every time.
All such online payment transactions are carried out
directly on the secured platforms of payment gateways and not on our Site. This
is done to ensure the highest possible level of security for the members'
financial information, which includes information about credit cards, debit
cards, and online banking accounts, among other things.
We have not given permission to any individual or
organization to collect payments for Matchmony.com services in any other name
(i.e., any other individual or company name) or via personal Western Union or
personal Paypal Accounts. This is because we have not authorized anybody to do
so. You are now informed that Matchmony.com shall in no event, and under no
circumstances, be held liable for any damage caused as a result of any
transactions or payments that you may have made to or in favor of such
fraudulent individuals or organizations. If you believe that you are being
misled by a dishonest individual or group, please get in touch with us as soon
as possible so that we can protect your interests.
Even if the Member disputes the validity of the charge
for whatever reason, the Member is still obligated to pay the Subscription Fees
when they are requested to do so. In the event that the dispute is resolved in
favor of the Member by the Company, the Company agrees to reimburse the Member
for any excess amount paid by the Member, without charging the Member any
interest on the refund. Should the Member be more than seven days late in
making any payment that is due in accordance with this Agreement, both the
Membership and the Services will be canceled.
Policy Regarding Refunds and Money Back Guarantees Once
a Member has subscribed to a Paid service, the payment the Member has made for
that service is not refundable, and no claim for a refund will be granted.
Matchmony.com does not provide any warranties for the accuracy, timeliness, or
authenticity of the content provided by other members, nor does it endorse any
of the content that has been uploaded. There is no guarantee that any of the
services will be provided at all.

justification for a chargeback or refund.
Suspension of
Services or Termination of Agreement:
Matchmony.com reserves the right to fully terminate a
User's Account at any time without assigning any reason or notice to the User
(Free and Paid Members). This is done in order to protect the interests of
other Users of Matchmony.com and/or the interests of Matchmony.com.
Matchmony.com reserves the right to partially suspend the User's access to
certain features, panels, access points or fully terminate a User's Account at
any time.
Termination or suspension, either entirely or partially,
as thought fit by Matchmony.com may be on reasonable grounds to suspect, on
receipt of the complaint, a belief, an investigation, or notification from
law-making agencies or regulating authorities. This action may be taken for the
following reasons:
(a) In the event that the User is found to have violated
any of the terms outlined in this Agreement in any way (s).
(b) If the information that was submitted by the User(s)
is incorrect, inaccurate, or is not current or complete, or if the User(s)
unlawfully exploits the identity of another person or impersonates another
person in any way.
(c) If the acts of the User have the potential to result
in financial loss or legal liability for another User(s), Matchmony.com, or one
of its affiliates.
(d) If the User(s) is/are engaged in unlawful,
forbidden, or improper conversations, activities, or transactions; or if the
User(s) is/are misusing the Services; or if the User(s) is/are engaged in
fraudulent use of the Services.
(e) If the user(s) submits any information that is unrelated to the services
provided by the Site or uses the Site for spamming, then they will be banned
from using the Site.
(f) If the User or Users are found to be involved in illegal access, use,
modification, or control of the database, network, or related services of the
Site.
(g) In the event that the User(s) gains access to the account of another
User(s) by acquiring the Username and/or Password of another registered User(s).
(h) In the event that the User(s) violates the intellectual property rights of
another individual.
(I) If the activity of the User(s) does not appear to be in compliance
with the standards of ethics and honesty that apply to internet practices.
In the event of such a termination, the User (or Users)
in question would no longer be authorized to make use of the Site's Free or
Paid Services, and they would also be ineligible to re-register with new User
information unless specifically approved to do so by Matchmony.com in writing.
In the event that the User(s)' membership is terminated, the membership fees
and subscription fees they already paid will not be returned. The User(s)
acknowledge and agree that Matchmony.com is not liable for any damages, either
direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of such termination.
Member Disputes
Matchmony.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or
liability for any interactions or transactions (in cash, as money transfer, in
kind as gifts, etc.) between the Members. Because the Members are the only ones
responsible for the interactions that take place on Matchmony.com,
Matchmony.com is not liable for any of the interactions that take place there.
Matchmony.com retains the right, but is under no duty, to monitor disagreements
that arise between its Members.
Matchmony.com will not be a party to any legal
proceedings that take place between a member and any other member, registered
or free, for any transactions that take place through the site. Matchmony.com
will always comply with the order of governmental or legal authorities and will
fully collaborate throughout the process; however, the costs associated with
the same will be recovered from the party that has implicated Matchmony.com in
such a situation.
Matchmony.com highly recommends its Members not to

account information) to other Members, as well as not to wire or send money to
other Members by any other method. It is recommended that you stop all
communication with the member and report the case to Matchmony.com. Matchmony.com
will support you in the investigation subject to available evidence, but it
cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may have been caused as a
result of a fraudulent transaction. If a member asks you for a personal or
financial favor, such as giving them a loan, sending some money, depositing
funds on their behalf, or even transportation or collection of some goods, it
is best to ignore the request
Concerning Disputes and the Jurisdictional Aspects of
the Matter Any form of legal dispute that is associated with Matchmony.com will
only be dealt with within the state of Maryland. All of the legal issues are
solely subject to the relevant contemporary laws that are in effect in Maryland
and are exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts that are located in
Maryland.
Law That Will Be Followed and Jurisdiction This
Agreement, as well as any dispute or matter arising from incidental use of
Matchmony.com, will be governed by the laws of the United States of America,
and both the Member and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts located in Maryland. This Agreement, which is accepted upon use
of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Matchmony.com,
contains the entire agreement between you and Matchmony.com regarding the use
of the Site and/or the Service. You accept this Agreement when you become a
Member of the Matchmony.com. In the event that any part of this Agreement is
deemed unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts of this Agreement will
remain in full force and effect.
